Graduation Requirement(s)
:1. You are required to register for Malaysian Culture and Malay Language (LKM111) course and achieve minimum grade C during your period of candidature; AND
2. You are required to sit for Research Methodology course at your first semester and achieve at least grade Pass during your period of candidature. Registration will be done by IPS; AND
3. You are required to fulfil the publication requirement for graduation during your period of candidature.

 
2.     The offer for the above-mentioned programme is subjected to the laws and policies of the University currently in force and which may be amended from time to time and the University reserves the right to cancel or postpone the offered programme in the event the number of registered students for the programme are fewer than the minimum limit set by the Authorities of the University.

3.     As an international candidate, you are required to obtain a Student Pass for the purpose of study in USM and required to be physically present in campus to complete your student pass process. An approval letter will be issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department for you to obtain the entry visa at Malaysian Representative Office nearest to you. You will be issued a Student Pass after arrival to Malaysia. A complete medical report is also required to be completed after arrival to Malaysia at USM Health Facility Centres/Hospital USM or any Malaysian Government hospitals or clinics.

4.    Please take note that the university reserves the right to withdraw the offer, should there be any incorrect information given, or you are not getting approval from the Malaysian Authority, or you are found not fit to study due to medical issues.
